Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in:

  • Assisting young individuals with special educational needs, particularly in the realms of social, emotional, and/or mental health.

  • Implementing interventions to support academic, behavioural, and social advancement.
  • Advocating for individual student progress and well-being.

 

Applicants must have GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, in addition to a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).

A mixed special school catering to students from Year 4 to Year 11 who experience social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including diagnoses such as ADHD, ASC, PTSD, PDA, ODD, and Attachment Disorder. Many of the students have faced disruptions to their education.
